Christmas 2001 web site!
We're trying this method to get some info from
each of you that will help us prepare for your arrival.
So turn your speakers up (there IS music on this site)
and enjoy your stay.
Here's
the deal.
Our main meal this year will be a cooking class at
a local restaurant, Bon Appetit. The Chef, Phillipi
Garnier, has agreed to allow us into his commercial
kitchen to demonstrate the classical French preparation
of one of the entrees (Chicken Tarragon). We then
will move to a private dining room to enjoy a six-course
authentic French meal prepared by Phillipi. You
will receive the recipe for Chicken Tarragon as well
as a copy of the complete menu to keep as a souvenir.
The menu is on the Cooking Page and
we need your help. Those who are interested
in participating are requested to go to the Reservation
Page and complete your preferences for the entree and
dessert. The other course items will be the same
for everyone.

to submit a few more tidbits of information that will
help us prepare the right food at the right time for
the right people!
