....Meet Chef Phillipi Garnier....
Chef Garnier was born in Paris (---France--not Texas!) November 25,1955. He
was raised in a Catholic School from age 6 to 15. But
by the age of 13, he was already starting to cook during
summer vacations at Le Clos Normand in Deauville
From this early beginning, he continued to delight people with his French
cuisine in:
Lucas Carton
Prunier
Vagenende
Le Procope
Le Divellec
As
well in the Burgundy area at L�esperance in Vezelay
Chef Garnier started his own business in 1981 in Paris but moved to Provence (south of France) in 1991
where he owned several restaurants and became a partner in several
food factories in South
of France
In 1999, he decided to leave France and come to America. Fortunately,
he ended up in Tulsa, OK, opening the Bon Appetit in Tulsa in 2000
Oh, by the way, he is also a Ph.D. in law (Universite de Paris Nanterre,
1978).
